The event topic is : Wind Farms and the Isle of Man. Speaking at the meeting will be Mr Mike Proffitt, former CEO of the Manx Electricity Association (now MUA), regarding his proposal for the construction of a wind farm and pumped hydro storage facility at snuff the wind above Foxdale. The meeting will hear the plans and provide an opportunity to question the developer on the benefits and possible consequences of the proposal.

We are excited to partner with Beach Buddies for a community beach clean event to collect as much litter as we can on one of the Isle of Man beaches on Sunday the 18th March 10.30 - 12.00.
